These terms and conditions apply to bookings and stays at Farai Circle, Clon Moran, Sanyati Road, Kadoma District, Zimbabwe. By sending a booking enquiry you accept these terms. The website is operated from Germany on behalf of the business registered in Zimbabwe.
1. Bookings and enquiries
All bookings start with an enquiry sent by WhatsApp or email to booking@faraicircle.com. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once Farai Circle has confirmed availability in writing. Until then, dates and rates remain subject to change.
2. Rooms and occupancy
Each room rate includes a maximum of two guests. Every room has a private bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are self-catering. Rates are per night in US dollars ($). Weekend stays, longer stays and last-room availability may adjust the nightly rate as shown at the time of booking.
3. Payment
Payment is cash on arrival only, in US dollars. No advance payment is required. Card and online payments are not currently available.
4. Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times are agreed with the host before arrival. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can welcome you.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation is currently free of charge. Please let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp or email if you need to cancel or change your stay.
6. Conduct and responsibility
Guests are asked to respect the property, other guests and the surrounding community. Farai Circle is not liable for the loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings, or for injury arising during a stay beyond the limits set by Zimbabwean law.
7. Changes to these terms
